PLC validation Report
A validation report is a summary report of findings and results of a certain procedure done to assure quality of anything, be it a product or service. Such reportconsists of outcomes that are later on assessed for complete validation. We Medival Technologies provides PLC validation report after the completion of validation of PLC system.
The report is reviewed and signed by the system owner and Quality. The amount of detail in the reports should reflect the relative complexity, business use, and regulatory risk of the system. Results of all testing activities may be summarized in the Validation Report rather than a separate summary for each testing phase.
